📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC milling machines to produce high-quality, precision-engineered components.
• Set up and adjust tools, fixtures, and workpieces to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and other operators to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on CNC milling machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Record production data and maintain accurate records of machine usage and maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC milling machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in operating and maintaining CNC milling machines, with a strong understanding of programming and setup.
• Familiarity with various materials and machining techniques, including but not limited to, aluminum, steel, and titanium.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
• Valid CNC milling machine operator certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
