📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, test, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in highrise buildings
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 for precise design and documentation
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot system issues
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Document all work processes and maintain accurate records
• Participate in on-site meetings and project reviews
• Assist in the training of junior technicians

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Technician or similar role
• Proven experience in highrise building projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations
