In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring that our software solutions meet the needs of our clients. You'll use industry-standard tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office to streamline your workflow and collaborate effectively with your team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure that our software solutions meet their needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with our development team to ensure that our solutions are feasible and effective.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models, use cases, and user stories, to support our development process.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
• Test and validate software solutions to ensure that they meet the requirements and expectations of our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software business analysis to ensure that our team is always delivering cutting-edge solutions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on the progress of our projects and the status of our software solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other analysts to share knowledge and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with industry-standard tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Certification in business analysis or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
