As an IT Services Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining monitoring tools to ensure the optimal performance of IT infrastructure. You will analyze system logs, set up alerts, and generate reports to provide actionable insights for the IT team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement and maintain monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG to ensure the optimal performance of IT infrastructure.
Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify potential issues and trends.
Set up alerts and notifications for critical system events to ensure timely response.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the IT team.
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Stay updated with the latest monitoring technologies and best practices.
Ensure compliance with ITIL and other industry standards.
Provide technical support to end-users and other stakeholders as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT services monitoring.
Proven experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash.
Experience with database management and SQL.
Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
