As the Head of Internal Audit at Indokharisma Pangan Semesta, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the efficiency of internal controls. Your daily tasks will include planning and executing internal audits, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations to enhance our financial processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits to assess financial and operational processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial controls and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide risk management recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Professional certification in internal auditing, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and internal audit software such as SAS 70.
