As an Order Processing Officer, you will be responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, from receiving orders to ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to handle a variety of tasks, including order entry, inventory management, and customer inquiries. You will use tools like Shopify and Zoho to streamline your workflow and ensure that orders are processed quickly and accurately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Update inventory levels and track stock availability using Shopify and Zoho.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on order processing metrics and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily order targets and deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in order processing and customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Shopify and Zoho for inventory management and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.
• Valid SIM card and ability to travel to different locations in Bali.
