📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and support.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase customer traffic and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
