📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all maintenance operations to ensure maximum machine efficiency and minimize downtime
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities to optimize production output
• Work closely with technicians and engineers to implement and maintain state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance-related issues and resolve them promptly
• Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team to achieve operational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, with a proven track record in manufacturing and production environments
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and industry standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in English and Indonesian languages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
