📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Install, test, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in highrise buildings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met
- Use AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 for precise design and documentation
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot system issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Document all work processes and maintain accurate records
- Participate in on-site meetings and project reviews
- Assist in the training of junior technicians
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Technician or similar role
- Proven experience in highrise building projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
