📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist members upon arrival and departure, ensuring they have a pleasant and efficient experience.
• Handle member inquiries, including membership information, class schedules, and facility guidelines.
• Manage and maintain the front office, including reception desk, waiting area, and member lounge.
• Process member payments and handle refunds or cancellations as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as fitness and wellness, to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.
• Promote our gym and wellness center's services and events to new and existing members.
• Enforce facility rules and policies to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every member feels valued and appreciated.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for health and wellness.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
• Valid ID card and clean criminal record.
