In this position, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of 10-15 staff members, and implementing effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction. You'll work closely with our front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams to create a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff members, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor guest experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain guests.
• Represent 49 Seats at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
