📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and achieve team goals.,Attend and participate in training sessions and team meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
