📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media platforms.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to engage and retain customers.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule social media content.,Track and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Provide regular reports on customer service performance and social media engagement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a social media context.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in using social media platforms and customer service tools.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.,Passionate about customer service and committed to delivering excellent service.
