📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of properties, ensuring they are built to the highest standards.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect properties regularly to identify any issues or areas for improvement.,Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the long-term durability of properties.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the continued quality of our work.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and maintain all necessary documentation and records for each property.,Provide regular reports to management on the status of projects and any issues that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project completion.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
