As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, managing a team of operators, and ensuring that production targets are met. 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards,Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies,Ability to manage and mentor a team of operators,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
