📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve sales and operational targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
