📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking.,Ensure the quality and safety of food products by following health and safety regulations.,Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and maintained properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.
