📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the best fit for the position.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.
