📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the execution of electrical and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Utilize project management tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project to plan and track project progress.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, cost reports, and final project documentation.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A4 Chargeman license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects in the infrastructure sector.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
