You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior technicians, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the technical operations of the facility, ensuring that all equipment is running efficiently and safely.,Train and mentor junior technicians, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.,Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, working closely with other departments as needed.,Maintain and update technical documentation, including manuals, schematics, and maintenance logs.,Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.,Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and production, to ensure that technical needs are met.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the technical operations of the facility.,Ensure that all technical operations are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar technical role.,A strong technical background, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems.,Experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and develop junior technicians.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.,A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a range of vehicles, including forklifts and trucks.,Familiarity with relevant safety protocols and procedures.,A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
