📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and supervisors.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
