📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations and maintenance.,Ensure all laboratory equipment is functioning properly and safely.,Conduct and supervise laboratory tests and experiments.,Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and reports.,Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians.,Participate in quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to support product development and research.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the laboratory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Proven experience in supervising and managing laboratory staff.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures.,Familiarity with quality control and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid certifications in laboratory safety and quality control are a plus.
