📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting activities including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Manage cash flow and budgeting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
