📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial records, transactions, and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
