HSE B3 Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage HSE operations, ensuring compliance with B3 standards and relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to employees on safety and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HSE considerations into all aspects of the business.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, including incident reports, training records, and audit findings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to HSE team members, fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on B3 standards.
• Certification in HSE management, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP Hygiene or similar.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
