In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting the Recruiter in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Conduct initial phone and video interviews with potential candidates.,Prepare and maintain candidate records and databases.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Support the Recruiter in the onboarding process of new hires.,Assist in the preparation of offer letters and other related documents.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
