📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Production Supervisor in overseeing the production process.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections of production areas to ensure quality standards are met.,Coordinate with the production team to address any issues or challenges that arise.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to the Production Supervisor.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high levels of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervision or related roles.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for production management.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations if required.
