📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and organized.,Assist in the smooth operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale system.,Monitor store sales and performance, providing regular reports to the store manager.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.,Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or inventory management role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with maritime industry or related fields is a bonus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
