Seed Global Nusantara is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Commis Chef to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that our food standards are met, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.,Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen, including cleaning and organizing utensils and equipment.,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.,Work as part of a team to ensure that all food is prepared and served on time.,Keep accurate records of all food prepared and served.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and food cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
