📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and counsel to the executive team on a wide range of corporate matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to tourism, hospitality, and data protection.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Review and negotiate contracts to protect the company's interests and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Conduct due diligence on business partners and potential acquisitions to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters as required.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal practice, with a focus on hospitality, tourism, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international business laws, regulations, and legal frameworks.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Professional certification in corporate law or a related field is a plus.
