📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide feedback and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.,Ensure compliance with all legal and company recruitment policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive and results-driven mindset.
