📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior in South Sulawesi.
