📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide strategic tax advice and solutions to clients across various industries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures.
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from around the world to deliver high-quality tax services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax law and regulations.
  • Mentor and guide junior tax professionals in the team.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss tax matters.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the global tax practice at Baker McKenzie.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in tax law, with a strong focus on international tax matters.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the APAC region.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with tax software and technology.
  • Familiarity with tax treaty and transfer pricing matters.
