📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Screen and interview candidates, and make hiring recommendations.,Coordinate with the hiring manager to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.,Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
