📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide training events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
