Sumber Anggi Restaurant is looking for a skilled and experienced mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our restaurant's equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for food service. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment and machinery.,Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly and efficiently.,Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and meets safety standards.,Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.,Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mechanic in a food service environment.,Proven track record of maintaining and repairing restaurant equipment.,Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and other restaurant-specific machinery.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
