📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain Epic, Cerner, or other HIS platforms to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HIS-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to patient care.
• Develop and implement system enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and IT teams to integrate new technologies and workflow improvements.
• Train staff on HIS usage and best practices to maximize system effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
