As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and ensuring that our food quality meets the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's theme and customer preferences.,Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations.,Manage a team of chefs and ensure that they are trained and motivated to perform at their best.,Control food costs and inventory to ensure profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to ensure food safety and efficiency.,Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting.,Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appealing manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well in a team environment.
