📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Monitor and control cash flow and liquidity.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide financial training and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
