📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and conduct initial interviews.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Support the recruitment team in managing the recruitment process efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
