As a B2B Sales Assistant, you will be at the heart of our sales and client support operations. You will assist in identifying potential business opportunities, conducting market research, and building relationships with clients. Daily, you will engage with our diverse client base, providing them with tailored solutions and exceptional service.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support sales efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Provide product and service information to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and reports.
- Participate in client meetings and events to strengthen business relationships.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
